Effective as of October 28, 2026.

California Notice at Collection/State Privacy Rights Notice: See the State privacy rights notice section below for important information about your rights under applicable state privacy laws.

STACKNIRO AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“STACKNIRO AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), exists to Lead, Build, and Deliver AI solutions: AI agents for organizations across industries, developed and trained to fit each organization’s work and requirements. This Privacy Policy describes how STACKNIRO AI processes personal information that we collect through our digital or online properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy (including stackniro.ai and its review environment at stackniro-ai.github.io/Website) as well as our other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy does not cover personal information we process on behalf of a business customer as its service provider or processor, or as a business associate under HIPAA. That customer’s privacy notice and our agreement with it govern that information, and we refer your requests about it to the customer.

Notice to European users. See the Notice to European users section below for additional information for individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland (“Europe”).

Personal information we collect

Information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes:

  • Contact data, such as your first and last name, salutation, email address, billing and mailing addresses, professional title and company name, and phone number.
  • Communications data based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact us through the Service, social media, or otherwise.
  • Call log data, such as the phone number you call from, and the date, time, and length of each call.

Our phone service provider keeps a log of each call to the numbers on our contact page and any voicemail you leave. We do not record calls.

Automatic data collection. Cloudflare serves our website at stackniro.ai, and GitHub Pages serves its review environment at stackniro-ai.github.io/Website. As any web server does, these hosting providers receive technical data about each request your browser makes to our website. The data include:

  • Device data, such as your IP address and the user agent that your browser sends with each request.
  • Online activity data, such as the page you requested, the page that referred you to it, and the time of the request.

Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf, to deliver and protect our website, and keeps it for our account for at least 31 days, under its terms, which set no fixed period. Cloudflare also derives data from the traffic on its network, such as reports and statistics, to find and block malicious activity. It uses that data for its own services, as the Cloudflare Privacy Policy describes.

When you visit the review environment, GitHub records your IP address for security, whether or not you are signed in to GitHub. GitHub controls that data on its own, as an independent controller, and only the GitHub General Privacy Statement governs how it uses it.

We run no analytics on this data. For more information concerning our automatic collection of data, please see the Tracking & Other Technologies section below.

Tracking & Other Technologies

Cookies and other technologies. Our website sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser: no local storage, no session storage, and no IndexedDB. It loads no file from another website, fonts included. It has no analytics, no advertising, no social media plugin, no chat feature, and no AI agent. Its scripts run in your browser only, to draw animations, to reveal parts of the page and change the look of the menu bar as you scroll, to move the cards of a carousel, and to open and close the menus, and they send nothing anywhere.

How we use your personal information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:

Service delivery and operations. We may use your personal information to:

  • provide the Service;
  • enable security features of the Service;
  • provide support for the Service, and respond to your requests, questions and feedback.

Compliance and protection. We may use your personal information to:

  • comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas, investigations or requests from government authorities;
  • protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
  • audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements or our internal policies;
  • enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Service; and
  • prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

Corporate events. We may share certain personal information in actual or prospective corporate events, as How we share your personal information describes below.

AI training. We do not use your personal information or the content you provide to train AI models. We do not collect, use, or sell personal information to train large language models.

Further uses. In some cases, we may use your personal information for further uses, in which case we will ask for your consent to use your personal information for those further purposes if they are not compatible with the initial purpose for which information was collected.

Retention

We generally retain personal information to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, establishing or defending legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we may consider factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

When we no longer require the personal information we have collected about you, we may either delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing. The Retention column of the table in the State privacy rights notice section gives the period, or the criteria, for each category.

How we share your personal information

We may share your personal information with the following parties (or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, in other applicable notices, or at the time of collection).

Service providers. Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as hosting, information technology, email delivery). For example, Google provides our email service through Google Workspace, and handles the emails you send us and our replies. Our phone service provider handles your calls, and keeps our call logs and voicemails.

Hosting providers. Cloudflare and GitHub receive the device data and online activity data of each request your browser makes to our website. They keep and use it as Personal information we collect describes.

Third parties designated by you. We may share your personal information with third parties where you have instructed us or provided your consent to do so.

Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the Compliance and protection purposes described above.

Business transferees. We may disclose personal information in the context of actual or prospective business transactions (e.g., investments in or financing of STACKNIRO AI, or the sale, transfer, or merger of all or part of our business, assets, or membership interests). For example, we may need to share certain personal information with prospective counterparties and their advisers. We may also disclose your personal information to an acquirer, successor, or assignee of STACKNIRO AI as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and/or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which personal information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.

Your choices

In this section, we describe the rights and choices available to all users. The State privacy rights notice section below describes the rights we offer to residents of every U.S. state, and the Notice to European users section describes the rights of individuals in Europe.

Do Not Track. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Declining to provide information. We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide those services.

Other sites and services

The Service may contain links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites, mobile applications and online services you use.

Security

We employ technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect, and our hosting providers maintain the physical safeguards of the facilities that store it. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

International data transfer

We are based in the United States. Our service providers, our email provider among them, may process your personal information in other countries under their safeguards.

Users in Europe should read Data processing outside Europe, below.

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we delete any we learn we collected. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have collected personal information from your child under 18, please contact us.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will update the date of this Privacy Policy and post it on the Service. If we make a material change, we will tell you on our website before it takes effect. We will ask for your consent before we use personal information we already hold in a materially different way.

State privacy rights notice

Except as otherwise provided, this section applies to residents of U.S. states. In this section, the “State Privacy Laws” means the privacy laws of U.S. states that grant their residents the rights described below.

This section describes how we collect, use, and share Personal Information of residents of U.S. states and the rights we offer them with respect to their Personal Information. We offer the rights in this section to residents of every U.S. state. In addition, we may not be able to process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to confirm your identity or understand and respond to it. The Verification of Identity paragraph below describes how we confirm your identity.

For purposes of this section, the term “Personal Information” has the meaning given to “personal data”, “personal information” or other similar terms and “Sensitive Personal Information” has the meaning given to “sensitive personal information,” “sensitive data”, or other similar terms in the State Privacy Laws, except that in neither case does such term include information exempted from the scope of the State Privacy Laws. In some cases, we may provide a different privacy notice to certain categories of residents of U.S. states, in which case that notice will apply instead of this section.

Your privacy rights. These rights are not absolute. We may decline a request in the cases where the State Privacy Laws allow a business to decline it.

Information. You can request the following information about how we have collected and used your Personal Information:

  • The categories of Personal Information that we have collected.
  • The categories of sources from which we collected Personal Information.
  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting and/or selling Personal Information.
  • The categories of third parties to whom we disclose Personal Information.
  • The categories of Personal Information that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose.
  • The categories of third parties to whom the Personal Information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose.

Confirmation. You can ask whether we process your Personal Information.

Access. You can request a copy of the Personal Information that we have collected about you.

Portability. You can ask for a copy in a portable, readily usable format.

Appeal. You can appeal our denial of any request validly submitted. To appeal, reply to our decision or email legal@stackniro.ai with the subject “Appeal”. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

Correction. You can ask us to correct inaccurate Personal Information that we have collected about you.

Deletion. You can ask us to delete the Personal Information that we have collected from or about you.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. We do not sell your Personal Information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising. That includes the Personal Information of consumers under 16.

Opt-out of or appeal profiling/automated decision making. We do not use your Personal Information to engage in profiling or to perform automated decision-making in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Sensitive Personal Information. We do not ask for Sensitive Personal Information, such as health information, and our website does not collect it. Please do not include it in an email or a voicemail to us. If you do, we use it only to provide the Service you ask for and for the other purposes that the regulations under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) allow without a right to limit, and we delete the email or the voicemail that holds it within 30 days after we receive it, unless a privacy request, a legal claim, or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you, and we do not sell or share it.

Nondiscrimination and no retaliation. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination and retaliation, including when you are an applicant to an educational program, a job applicant, a student, an employee, or an independent contractor.

Opt-out preference signals. We do not sell or share Personal Information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it, for that browser, as a request to opt out of sale and sharing and as a refusal of non-essential cookies. You can send this signal by turning on Global Privacy Control in a browser or a browser extension that offers it.

Exercising other state privacy rights. You may submit requests to exercise any of the other state privacy rights listed above by email to legal@stackniro.ai or by mail to the address in How to contact us. We respond to each request within the shortest period that any State Privacy Law allows.

Verification of Identity; Authorized agents. We verify your identity before we act on an access, correction, or deletion request. We ask you to confirm information we already hold, and we ask for more only for requests about sensitive information. We use what you give us only to verify you.

You may enable an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. However, we may need to verify your authorized agent’s identity and authority to act on your behalf. We may require a copy of a valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to applicable law. If you have not provided your agent with such a power of attorney, we may ask you to take additional steps permitted by law to verify that your request is authorized, such as by providing your agent with written and signed permission to exercise the rights in this section on your behalf, the information we request to verify your identity, and confirmation that you have given the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

Information practices. The following describes our practices currently and during the past 12 months:

Sources and purposes. We collect all categories of personal information from the sources and use them for the business/commercial purposes described above in the Privacy Policy.

Retention. The criteria for deciding how long to retain personal information is generally based on whether such period is sufficient to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it as described in this notice, including complying with our legal obligations. The Retention column of the table below gives the period, or the criteria, for each category.

Deidentification. We maintain and use de-identified data without attempting to re-identify it, except to test whether our de-identification processes meet the law.

Personal information that we collect, use and disclose. We have summarized the Personal Information we collect, the purposes for which we collect it and the third parties to whom we may disclose it by reference below to both the categories defined in the “Personal information we collect” section of this Privacy Policy above and the categories of Personal Information specified in the CCPA (Cal. Controller. STACKNIRO AI is the controller in respect of the processing of your personal information covered by this Privacy Policy for purposes of European data protection legislation (the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the UK GDPR, as and where applicable, the “GDPR”). For individuals in Switzerland, references in this section to the GDPR include the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection of 25 September 2020 (the “FADP”), as and where applicable. See the ‘How to contact us’ section above for our contact details.

In respect of each of the purposes for which we use your personal information, the GDPR requires us to ensure that we have a “legal basis” for that use.

Our legal bases for processing your personal information described in this Privacy Policy are listed below.

  • Where we need to perform a contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (“Contractual Necessity”).
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests (“Legitimate Interests”). More detail about the specific legitimate interests pursued in respect of each Purpose we use your personal information for is set out in the table below.
  • Where we need to comply with a legal obligation under the law of the European Union, an EU member state, or the UK, or, for individuals in Switzerland, under Swiss law (“Compliance with Law”).
  • Where we have your specific consent to carry out the processing for the Purpose in question (“Consent”).

We have set out below, in a table format, the legal bases we rely on in respect of the relevant Purposes for which we use your personal information. For more information on these Purposes and the data types involved, see ‘How we use your personal information’.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, establishing or defending legal claims, or for Compliance and protection purposes.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

When we no longer require the personal information we have collected about you, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. If we anonymize your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you), we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Your rights

General. European data protection laws give you certain rights regarding your personal information. If you are located in Europe, you may ask us to take the following actions in relation to your personal information that we hold:

  • Access. Provide you with information about our processing of your personal information and give you access to your personal information.
  • Correct. Update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
  • Delete. Delete your personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it; you also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below).
  • Transfer. Transfer a machine-readable copy of your personal information to you or a third party of your choice.
  • Restrict. Restrict the processing of your personal information, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.
  • Withdraw Consent. When we use your personal information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of our processing based on your consent before you withdraw it.

Your Right to Object. You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to our processing of your personal information where we rely on Legitimate Interests, and we will then stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. You may also object at any time to our processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes, profiling related to it included, and we will then stop processing it for those purposes.

Exercising These Rights. You may submit these requests by email to legal@stackniro.ai or our postal address provided above. We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and process your request. Whether or not we are required to fulfill any request you make will depend on a number of factors (e.g., why and how we are processing your personal information). If we reject any request you may make (whether in whole or in part) we will let you know our grounds for doing so at the time, subject to any legal restrictions.

Your Right to Lodge a Complaint with your Supervisory Authority. In addition to your rights outlined above, if you are not satisfied with our response to a request you make, or how we process your personal information, you can make a complaint to a data protection regulator, in particular in the country of your habitual residence, of your place of work, or of the alleged infringement.

For users in the European Economic Area, the contact information for the data protection regulator in your place of residence can be found here: https://www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/our-members_en.

Data processing outside Europe

We are a U.S.-based company and many of our service providers, advisers or other recipients of data are also based in the U.S. This means that, if you use the Service, your personal information will necessarily be accessed and processed in the U.S. Our service providers, our email provider among them, may process it in other countries: Google, our email provider, in the countries of the data centers and the subprocessors that it lists at https://datacenters.google/locations/ and https://workspace.google.com/intl/en/terms/subprocessors/; Cloudflare, in the United States and the European Economic Area, where it stores data, and anywhere in the world from which it reaches the data, among them the countries of the companies and the sub-processors that it lists at https://www.cloudflare.com/gdpr/subprocessors/cloudflare-services/; GitHub, in your own region, in the United States, and in the other countries where GitHub, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or subprocessors have operations, among them the countries of the subprocessors that it lists at https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-subprocessors; and our other service providers, in the countries where they or their subprocessors operate.

The European Commission, the UK Government, and the Swiss Federal Council have found that the United States protects personal information adequately only when the U.S. recipient is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension, or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We are not certified, and we rely on the safeguards below.

Where we share your personal information with third parties who are based outside Europe, we protect it with one of the following mechanisms:

Transfers to territories with an adequacy decision. We may transfer your personal information to countries or territories whose laws have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal information by the European Commission, the UK Government, or the Swiss Federal Council (as and where applicable) (from time to time).

Transfers to territories without an adequacy decision. We may transfer your personal information to countries or territories whose laws have not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection (e.g., the U.S., see above). However, in these cases:

  • we may use specific appropriate safeguards, which are designed to give personal information effectively the same protection it has in Europe, for example, standard-form contracts approved by relevant authorities for this purpose; or
  • in limited circumstances, we may rely on an exception, or ‘derogation’, which permits us to transfer your personal information to such country despite the absence of an ‘adequacy decision’ or ‘appropriate safeguards’, for example, reliance on your explicit consent to that transfer.

You may contact us if you want further information on the specific mechanism used by us when transferring your personal information out of Europe. You may have the right to receive a copy of the appropriate safeguards under which your personal information is transferred by contacting us at legal@stackniro.ai.
